Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue, a writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3I'd respondent in issuing the Endorsement L.Dis.A1208/2020 dated 30.03.2021 directing the petitioner take legal action in appropriate forum, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation dated 14.09.2021 made by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to cancel the Family Member Certificate issued in favour of the respondent Nos.5 and 6 vide proceedings No. FAMC011600688752 dated 23.11.2016 and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased please to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 14.09.2021 made by the petitioner for cancellation of the Family Member Certificate issued in favour of the respondent Nos.5 & 6 vide proceedings No.FAMC011600688752 dated 23.11.2016 pending disposal of the writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

Heard Sri Mahadeva Kanthrigala, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. The instant Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.3 in issuing the endorsement, dated 30.03.2021 observing that the petitioner should approach appropriate forum seeking cancellation of the family members certificate issued in favour of one Smt. Vecha Venkata Subbamma, respondent No.5 herein.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, on 03.03.2026, it was informed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that the District Collector, Prakasam District, vide proceedings, dated 04.01.2026 cancelled the Family Member Certificate issued in favour of the unofficial respondent No.5 and the Tahsildar was further directed under the said proceedings, dated 04.01.2026 to seize the family member certificate from Smt. Vecha Venkata Subbamma – respondent No.5.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the said proceedings of the District Collector, dated 04.01.2026, the Tahsildar has to seize the certificate from the unofficial respondent No.5

5. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed a copy of instructions, dated 10.03.2026 from the Tahsildar, Dornala Mandal received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that pursuant to the directions of the District Collector, dated 04.01.2026, the Tahsildar has approached the unofficial respondent No.5
