Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities herein in not considering the application of the petitioner dated 29.07.2008, for grant of quarry lease for road metal, building stone, boulders, railway blast, gravel over an extent of 5.000 hectares in survey No.801, Paritala Village, Kanchikacherla Mandal, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh in terms of G.O.Ms.No.100, Industries and Commerce (Mines-ll) Department, Dated 26.06.2025 as highly arbitrary, illegal, null and void against the principles of natural justice and violative of my fundamental rights under Articles 14 and 19(l)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to consider and process the petitioners application for grant of quarry lease, upon permitting the petitioner to pay the difference of application fee and security deposit as per the revised applicable rates and to pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider representation dated 08.09.2025 for consideration of the application dated 29.07.2008, for grant of quarry lease pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass such Counsel for the Petitioner:

The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article
226 of Constitution of India seeking the following main prayer:

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri U.Nagendra Babu, learned counsel representing on behalf of Sri G.Sai Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that that the matter has become infructuous.
