ORDER:

1. The petitioner is challenging the inaction on the part of the

respondents in not providing age relaxation to the BC, SC and ST

candidates, as per the notification dated 02.02.2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a subsequent

notification was issued on 28.07.2015, and a fresh selection process was undertaken. It is also submitted that the respondents have completed the selection process and appointed Anganwadi workers pursuant to the said notification. Recording the same, no further

orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order

as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
