The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, seeking the following relief:
“to issue an appropriate writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS (a) Declare the impugned proceedings in Rc.No.161/2026/A1 dated 15-03-2026 issued by the 4th Respondent as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India besides violation of principles of natural justice (b) Set aside the impugned Proceedings in Rc.No.161/2026/A1 dated
15-03-2026 issued by the 4th Respondent and (c) Pass…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government
Pleader for respondents. Perused the material on record.
3. The case of the petitioner herein is that the petitioner was granted provisional excise 2(B) license for running bar and restaurant in the premise of D.No.10/304-B, Nizampet, Machilipatnam-521001, Krishna District. The original period of license is for the period from 05.02.2026 to 31.08.2026 and a provisional license was granted for a period of 15 days valid upto
19.02.2026 subject to compliance of the conditions mentioned therein.
