ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the VIIITH Additional District and Sessions Judge Court - Cum - Family Court, At Ongole, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh, for speedy disposal of E.P.No.51 of 2025 in F.C.O.P.No.102 of
2025.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. As issuance of notices to the respondent is not necessary in this matter, notice to the respondent is hereby
dispensed with. Perused the material on record.
3. The petitioner herein is the petitioner and the respondent herein is the respondent in the original petition. The parties so arrayed are referred as
same herein as well.
4. The Petitioner/Decree Holder respectfully submits that through a decree and order dated 13.09.2025 in FCOP No.102/2025, passed by the Hon’ble VII Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Family Court, Ongole, dissolved the marriage between the petitioner and respondent and directed the Respondent/Judgment Debtor to pay Rs.16,00,000/- towards permanent alimony within one month. As the Respondent failed to comply the order of Court, the Petitioner herein filed EP No.51/2025 on 13.10.2025 under the relevant provisions of the Civil Procedure Code seeking for attachment and
