Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith issue Emergency Certificates / Temporary Travel Documents / Temporary Passports in favour of the minor children - Petitioner No.2 Syed Asad Umar Rabbani (Indian Passport No. X6103882) and Petitioner No.3 Syed Ayesha Nisa Rabbani (Indian Passport No. I0277250) to enable their travel from Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to India to attend the proceedings in G.W.O.P.No.47 of 2024 pending before the Honble XI Additional District Judge, Krishna at Gudivada, State of Andhra Pradesh, India, and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein, to initiate steps for facilitating issuance of temporary travel documents / Temporary and allow the children / petitioners 2 and 3, to travel with the 1STpetitioner under the Court’s protective orders, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition, and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):

Sri Ashok Kondeti, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ petition has become infructuous in view of the subsequent developments happened during the pendency of the writ petition and accordingly sought to dismiss the writ petition as infructuous.
2. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
3. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
