Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not furnishing me a copy of my loan account and notifying my properties to sale by a sale notice dated 01.12.2025 in E.P. No. 290 of 24-25 and E.P 269 of 24-25 issued by the 3rd Respondent as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and violative of the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 and the Rules framed there under and offends Articles 14, 21 and 300 A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents not to conduct sale of my properties and pass such other order.

IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to order stay of all further proceedings pursuant to notice dated 01.12.2025 in E.P. No.290 of 24-25 and E.P.269 of 24-25 issued by the 3rd Respondent, pending disposal of the main writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:

1. The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondents in not furnishing the loan details of the Petitioner and notifying the properties of Petitioner for sale by sale notice dated 01.12.2025 in E.P.No.290 of 2025 and E.P.No.269 of 2025 issued by Respondent No.3 and to declare the same as illegal and arbitrary.

2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner M/s. Srinivas Pathuri seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. No order as to costs.

6. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
