Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction mostly one which is in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Nos.6 and 7 in insisting for obtaining No Objection from the Respondent to re install transformer on the existing 11KV Electrical Pole situated on the margin of Shantipuram Lakshmi Devi Temple Main Road, Anaparthi Village and Mandal, East Godavari District or to provide private land despite the availability of public land on the street as arbitrary, illegal, unjustified, unreasonable, untenable and violative of the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and consequently direct the Respondents to re-install the transformer on the existing 11KV Electrical Pole or on another Pole 2 feet away from existing Pole at the expense of the Petitioner on the margin of Shantipuram Lakshmi Devi Temple Main Road Street, Anaparthi Village and Mandal, East Godavari District and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the Proceedings in Lr.No.AE/O/APT/F.NO-8/D.NO.20/2026, dt.06.01.2026 to cancel the estimate amount paid by the Petitioner vide P.R.No.2411277310041, dt.27.11.2024 pending the disposal of the Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
