The court made the following order:
The grievance of the petitioner is that the learned XIII Addl District
Judge, is not numbering the interlocutory application in CFR No.2159 of 2024
in A.S.No.66 of 2024.
2. Heard Smt Kavitha Gottipati, learned counsel for the revision petitioner
and no representation for the respondent.
3. Since the relief sought by the petitioner is innocuous being only for numbering of the interlocutory application in CFR No.2159 of 2024 in A.S.No.66 of 2024, this court is inclined to allow the present revision petition
with the following direction:
“The Trial court is directed to number the interlocutory application in CFR No.2159 of 2024 in A.S.No.66 of 2024 and dispose of the same as
expeditiously as possible and the parties shall cooperate with the enquiry.”
