Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not considering the petitioner for participating in ongoing counselling and admission into B.SC. Nursing course for the academic year 2025-26 without considering the representation dated 21-02-2026 and also G.O.Rt.No.107 dated 03-02- 2026 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to consider and include the name of the petitioner in ongoing counselling for Admission into B.SC. Nursing course for the academic forthwith and to pass

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to permit the petitioner for participating in ongoing counselling for admission into B.SC. Nursing course for the academic year 2025-2026 by considering the representation dated 21-02-2026 along with G.O.Rt.No.107 dated 3-2-2026 pending disposal of writ petition in the interests of justice and issue such other writ or order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of case.
The Court made the following:
O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed declaring the action of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the Petitioner for participating in ongoing counselling and admission into B.SC. Nursing course for the academic year 2025-206 without considering the representation dated 21.02.2026 as illegal and arbitrary.
2. This Court, by order dated 25.02.2026, directed the Respondents to consider the case of the Petitioner for admission into B.Sc. nursing course as part of the counselling notification dated 12.02.2026 in the unfilled vacancies without disturbing the students already admitted.
3. To day, it is submitted that pursuant to the interim order of this Court dated 25.02.2026, the case of the Petitioner was considered and admitted into B.Sc. Nursing course at K.C.Reddy College of Nursing, Guntur. As the interim order was complied with, no further adjudication is required and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
