Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.4 in not issuing the Family Member Certificate to the Petitioner and issuing a Family Member Certificate to unofficial Respondent No.5, without mentioning the Petitioners name as the Daughter of the deceased Jangili Babu Rao, as illegal, arbitrary, high-handed and violative of principles of fundamental rights guaranteed to the Petitioner under Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and contrary to instructions prescribed in Circular No. CCLAs Ref No.LR- ll(1)/REV02- 13/15/2022 dated 18.04.2022 and consequently to direct the Respondents to issue a fresh Family Member Certificate to the Petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.145 of Revenue (SER.II) Department dated 25.04.2015 and pass such orders.
