Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ. Order or direction more particularly a Writ in the Nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not take any steps to conduct an enquiry in pursuance of the directions of the 2nd respondent vide Rc.H6/1722/2013 dated 20-04-2013 in respect of illegal Employees appointments in the 4th respondent Temple as illegal.
