Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issued a Writ, order or directions more in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein not selecting the petitioner to the post of shramic on the ground that the petitioner has not produced the National Apprenticeship certificate at the time of interview: is arbitrary, unjust contrary to Notification and Circulars of APSRTC and discriminatory and in violation of Article14, 16, and 21 of the Constitution of India and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Shramic in 2nd respondent Region in the existing vacancies awarding 30 marks as the petitioner has already submitted provisional national Trade Certificate in the trade of Mechanic (Diesel)
