Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, questioning the action of the respondents
1 to 3 herein mutate the names by way of on line and issued the Pattadar Pass Books to the 4th and 5th respondents (i.e. Ac.1.43 cents to the 4th respondent vide survey No.479/2B and Ac.1.96 cents vide survey No.479/2A) for an extent of Ac.3.39 Cents situated at Rangasamudram Village, Porumamilla Mandal, Cuddapah District, is bad illegal, arbitrary, against the Principle of Natural Justice and violation of Articles 14 and 200-A of the Constitution of India, and direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of land admeasuring in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of land admeasuring Ac.3.43 Cents Agricultural land in survey No- 479/2 situated at Girl Nagar Colony, Rangasamudaram Village, Porumamilla Mandalam, and Cuddapah District of the petitioner without following due process of law and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of land admeasuring Ac.3.43 Cents Agricultural land in survey No- 479/2 situated at Giri Nagar Colony, Rangasamudaram Village, Porumamilla Mandalam, and Cuddapah District of the petitioner without following due process of law, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
