ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

Feeling aggrieved by the action of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in mutating the name of the respondent Nos.4 & 5 in respect of the land in Sy.No.479/2B to an extent of Ac.1.43 cents in favour of the respondent No.4 and an extent of Ac.1.96 cents in Sy.No.479/2A in the name of respondent No.5, total to an extent of Ac.3.39 cents situated at Rangasamudram Village of Porumamilla Mandal, Kadapa District, in the revenue records was challenged in the present Writ Petition.

The writ petitioner’s contention is that a D-Form was given in the name of the petitioner’s mother for the land in Sy. No.479/2B, to an extent of Ac.1-43 cents and the land to an extent of Ac.1.96 cents in Sy. No. 479/2A vide patta document No. 843 / 1388; thereafter, pattadar passbook was issued and the name of petitioner was recorded in the revenue records. Subsequently the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar in collusion, has mutated the name of the 4th respondent to extent of Ac.1.43 cents in Sy. No.479/2B and an extent of Ac. 1.96 cents in Sy. No. 479/2A in the name of 5th respondent in the revenue records, consequently issued pattadar passbooks to the unofficial respondents without issu
