Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents herein particularly Respondent No. 2 in not considering the Petitioners' representations, Dt. 25.01.2026 and 29.01.2026 to stop construction of the Panchayat Building for the Respondent No.8 Panchayat at far distant land and non-convenient for the villagers and consequential action of the Respondent Nos.4 to 8 in making arrangements to construct the same by marking the land situated at Sy.No. 1725 of Peddamallela Village, Jandlavaripalle Panchayat, Rompicherla Mandal, Chittoor District which is far distant for the nearby villages in the Respondent No.8 panchayat and without passing any Resolution or conducting Grama Sabha by the petitioners herein despite the 6TH petitioner is willing to give own land in Sy.No.2305/3 of Peddamallela Village, Jandlavaripalle Panchayat, Rompicherla Mandal, Chittoor District but proceeding for the construction as nothing but illegal, arbitrary, highhanded apart from being violative of fundamental and constitutional rights guaranteed under articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents not to make any construction in respect of Panchayat Building in SY No.1725 of Pedda Mallela Revenue Village, Jandlavaripalle Panchayat, Rompicherla Mandal, Chittoor District and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to DIRECT the Respondent Nos.2, 4 to 8 not to make any construction in respect of Panchayat Building in Sy.No. 1725 of Pedda Mallela Revenue Village, Jandlavaripalle Panchayat, Rompicherla Mandal, Chittoor District by considering the petitioners’ representations, Dt. 25.01.2026 and 29.01.2026, pending disposal of the Writ petition before this Hon’ble court, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):
