Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not supplying the Essential Commodities to the petitioner Fair Price Shop No. 1122003 of Mallela Village,Thonduru Mandal, Kadapa District, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to supply the Essential Commodities to the the petitoners Fair Price Shop No.1122003 of Mallela Village,Thonduru Mandal, Kadapa District and pass Prayer is amended as per the Court's Order dt.25.06.2025 in I.A.No.02 of 2025.

IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents forthwith to supply the Essential Commodities to the the petitoner’s Fair Price Shop No.1118003 of Mallela Village, Thonduru Mandal, Kadapa District, pending disposal of the writ petition and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to permit the petitioner herein to amend the Fair Price Shop Number as F.P.No.1122003, instead of Fair Price Shop No.1118003, wherever it appears in WP.No.3133 of 2025 as well as in IA.No.1 of 2025, and to pass

ORDER:

Questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in not supplying essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop No.1122003 of Mallela Village, Thonduru Mandal, Kadapa District, as illegal and arbitrary, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to filing of the writ petition, the petitioner’s authorization has been cancelled, as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
