The 3rd respondent filed counter affidavit, inter alia, stating that in pursuance to the direction issued by this Court, the writ petitioner has been found to be paid 80% of the retirement benefits, gratuity and encashment of earned leaves, against which an amount of Rs.8,21,117/-, Rs.35,537/- and Rs.6,87,447/-

the respondents have pleaded to close the contempt case.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, states that completely satisfy the petitioners’ entitlement for retirement and pensionary benefits. In fact, the petitioner was short paid certain of these retiremental benefits and the petitioner is also entitled to be paid for the period of suspension. Therefore, it is urged that the orders of this Court have not been complied with in total.
