The Writ Petition is filed questioning the Notice dated

24.04.2025 directing the Petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,24,62,439/- or, alternatively, directing attachment of the scheduled property under Rules 52 (3) and 52 (11) (b) of the A.P. Cooperative Societies Rules, 1964, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. The Notice dated 24.04.2025 was issued pursuant to the Orders passed by the Srikakulam Cooperative Urban Bank Limited in ARC No.24/2015-16, dated 11.10.2017, which was confirmed in O.A.No.10 of 2018 by the A.P. Cooperative Tribunal, Vijayawada.

3. It is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that W.P.No.18418 of 2025 was filed challenging the Orders passed by the Tribunal. In that view, the issue raised in this Writ Petition is a squarely covered matter, and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to raise the grounds mentioned in the present Writ Petition in W.P. No. 18418 of 2025.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
