14-05-2012 is determined and security deposit is forfeited as illegal, improper, unjust, and arbitrary and further direct the Respondents not to take any consequential action pursuance to Proceedings. No. 5173/Q4/2018 dt 08-02- 2019 of the 1st respondent pending disposal of the Revision Petition dt 07-03-

2019 before the 4th respondent and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2019 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased To direct the Respondents not to take any consequential action pursuant to Proceedings. ORDER:

The present Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeks the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4^th respondent in not granting stay of the Revision Petition dated 07.03.2019 filed against Proceedings No. 5173/Q4/2018 dated 08.02.2019 of the 1^st respondent, whereby the quarry lease granted to the petitioner in Proceedings No. 4475/Q/2010 dated 14.05.2012 was determined and the security deposit forfeited, as illegal, improper, unjust, and arbitrary; and consequently direct the respondents not to take any consequential action pursuant to Proceedings No. 5173/Q4/2018 dated 08.02.2019 of the 1^st respondent, pending disposal of the said Revision Petition dated

07.03.2019 by the 4^th respondent.”

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G. Seena Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, in view of the subsequent events that have taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology, appearing for the respondents, placed on record the proceedings of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Industries and Commerce (Mines-I) Department, dated 24.04.2023, and submits that the revision application filed by the petitioner has been allowed, and that the determination orders dated

08.02.2019 have been set aside.
