The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of Respondent No. 3 in not admitting the Petitioners as members of Respondent No. 4 society by considering the representation dated 01.10.2025 as illegal and arbitrary.

2. A similar Writ Petition was filed with regard to the issue raised in this Writ Petition, i.e., seeking admission as members in the Respondent Society, by some other petitioners in W.P.

No. 35665 of 2025.

3. This Court, taking note of the written instructions of the Joint Director of Fisheries dated 12.02.2026, disposed of the same, directing the Respondents to take further action with regard to the claim of the Petitioners therein for admission as members of Respondent No. 4 Society in terms of G.O.Ms. No.

74, dated 21.10.2011, as expeditiously as possible.

4. In view of the same, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of W.P. No. 35665 of 2025.

The Registry is directed to append the copy of the Order in W.P. No. W.P.No.35665 of 2025, dated 16.02.2026, to this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
