Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the impugned withdrawal order dated 26-08-2025 issued by the 5THRespondent, Southern Regional Committee, NCTE, withdrawing the recognition granted to the Petitioner institution, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Section 17 of the NCTE Act, 1993, opposed to principles of natural justice, and consequently set aside the same and declare that the Show Cause Notices dated 13-04-2021 and 21-11-2022 issued by the Respondent No. 5 are invalid, contrary to the mandatory procedure prescribed under Section 17 of the NCTE Act, and void ab initio, as no deficiency or violation was ever alleged against the Petitioner institution and direct the Respondents 2 to 4, namely APSCFIE, the Convener AP EdCET, and the Affiliating University, to grant all consequential statutory permissions, including display of the Petitioner institution in the counselling process, grant of affiliation, and to permit the Petitioner institution to admit students for the Academic Year 2025-26 strictly in accordance with the recognition orders dated 03-05-2007 and

06-05-2015 issued by the NCTE and pass such other order.

IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation and effect of the impugned withdrawal order dated 26-08-2025 issued by the 5th Respondent, NCTE/SRC, thereby restoring the recognition granted to the Petitioner institution and direct the Respondent University to forthwith grant provisional affiliation to the Petitioner institution for the Academic Year 2025-26, consequently directing the Respondents 2 and 3 (APSCHE and the Convener, AP EdCET-2025) to permit the Petitioner to participate in the ongoing admission process for A.Y. 2025-26, without reference to the impugned withdrawal order and pass such other order.
