ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in refusing to accept the petitioner’s 10 ^th Class Examination fee for the academic year 2025–2026, which is scheduled to be conducted from 16.03.2026 as illegal, arbitrary.

2. The petitioner, who is a student studying 10th Class, has to appear for the 10th Class examinations to be conducted for this academic year. However, the petitioner could not pay the fee within the schedule fixed for payment before the last date, i.e., on 26.12.2025, on account of ill health.
