Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of 'Writ of Mandamus' declaring that the land to an extent of Ac.0-21 cents in Sy.No.274 of Althurthi Village and Grampanchayat, Podhalakuru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, belongs to and vested with Althurthi Grampanchayat, being a public Road cannot be converted as private land by the Tahsildar, Podhalkuru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, and consequently direct the Althurthi Gramapanchayat, the respondent No.4 herein, to take all reasonable steps to protect the said road from any encroachment and maintain the same in proper condition, and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Tahsildar, Podhalakuru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, the respondent No.3 herein, not to convert the road to an extent of Ac.O-21 cents in Sy.No.274 of Althurthi Village, Podhalakuru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District as a private land, pending disposal of the main writ petition, and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased To vacate the interim order / granted on 28.10.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.24801 of 2021.
