Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the official respondents in allowing the process of installation of the statue of Late Sangam Venkata Reddy in front of the Mandal Parishad Primary School-2, Jayanthi, Verullapadu Mandal, Krishna District without any permission is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the policy of the Government and consequently direct the respondents to stop the construction and installation of the statue of Late Sangam Venkata Reddy in front of Mandal Parishad Primary School-2, Jayanthi, Verullapadu Mandal, Krishna District which is in public place (Grams Kantan, Land), and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to allow the construction and installation of the statue of Late Sangam Venkata Reddy in front of Mandal Parishad Primary School-2, Jayanthi, Verullapadu Mandal, Krishna District, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

The Court made the following ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. This Court on 05.11.2018, passed interim order directing the respondent Nos.2 to 4 not to erect the statue, without obtaining necessary permission.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits the proceedings No.Bc.B/352/2025 dated 10.03.2025 has been issued by the Tahsildar stating that the respondents have not installed the statue of Late Sangam Venkata Reddy in front of Mandal Parishad Primary School, Jayanthi Vilalge, Veerullapadi Mandal.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, requested to record the same and dispose of the writ petition.

5. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by making the interim order passed on 05.11.2018 absolute.

6. However, this order does not preclude the respondents from taking necessary action in accordance with law by strictly adhering to the principles of natural justice. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
