Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue an order, direction or Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ (i) declaring that the Petitioners herein are eligible to be considered for recruitment to the post of District Judges (entry level) under the Andhra Pradesh State Judicial Service Rules, 2007; (ii) declare that the Assistant Public Prosecutors are not excluded from the consideration for recruitment to the post of District Judges (entry level) under Article 233 (2) of Constitution of India; (iii) declare that the rejection of the applications of the Petitioners herein for recruitment to the post of District Judges (entry level) vide Notification Roc. No. 370/2012-RC, Dated 15-6-2012 are illegal, arbitrary under Article 14, 16 and 233 (2) of Constitution of India; and (iv) consequently direct the Respondents to consider and select the Petitioners herein for the post of District Judge (entry level) under direct

recruitment IA NO: 1 OF 2012(WPMP 27128 OF 2012

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to
