Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 6 in not paying any compensation to the Petitioner's house bearing D.No. 70-A, Kummaralova Colony, Kummarlova Village, Tuni Mandal, East Godavari District which was acquired for the construction of Left Main Canal of Polavaram Project (Indira Sagar ) without following due process of law is illegal, arbitrary, being violative of Section 4, 5, 9, 10 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1984, and violative of Section 15, 23, 24 , 34 and 36 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and violation of Articles, 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to pay the Fair
