O R D E R:

The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in issuing Proceeding No.YVU/ CDC/B.Ed.,/ReduceofIntake/2022-2023,dated 25.01.2023, reducing the Petitioners/Colleges intake capacity from 50 to 0, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that no cause of action survives in the Writ Petition in view of the passage of time.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
