Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomaybe pleased to issue a Writ, order or Orders more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to demolish the house of the Petitioner situated in an extent of 288 Sq yards with assessment No. 2409, Venkateswarapuram Village, Sangam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, without following due process of law is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents not to demolish the house of the Petitionersituated in an extent of 288 Sq yards with assessment No. 2409, Venkateswarapuram Village, Sangam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, without following due process of law and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the respondents not to demolish the house of the Petitioner situated in an extent of 288 Sq yards with assessment No. 2409, Venkateswarapuram Village, Sangam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, without following due process of law in the interest of justice, pending disposal of the above main Writ Petition and to pass such Counsel for the Petitioner:

Sri Mulla Sohail Shareef, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that cause in this writ petition does not survive and this writ petition has become infructuous.
