Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to permit any construction proposed to be made in the land situated in the Sy. No. 266 of Chippili Village, Madanapalle mandal and Chittoor district which has been classified as Vaguparambogu pending disposal of the writ petition pending
