Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring -Memo No.31617/Regn.II/A1/2012-4, dated 31-8-2015 issued by the respondent No.1 as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the provisions of the Notaries Act, 1952 and the Notaries Rules, 1956 and violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioners under Articles 14, 19 (1) (g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to renew our Certificates of Practice by setting aside the Memo No.31617/Regn.II/A1/2012-4, dated 31-8-2015 and pass

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the applications, dated 18- 04-2016 and 27-11-2016 submitted by the petitioners and renew their Certificate of Practice without reference to Memo No.31617/Regn.II/A1/2012-4,dated 31-08-2015, pending disposal of the writ petition and pass

The Court made the following ORDER:
Sri.A.Manjunatha Raju, learned counsel, representing, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition becomes infructuous.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
Interim order granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
