No. 1211 / A3/2014, dt. 30.07.2014 without any jurisdiction, as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of G.O.Ms.No. 28, dt. 02.12.2004 and G.O.Ms.No. 15, dt. 04.04.2012 and circulars and consequently set aside the same

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents herein to continue the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker of Isukachintalapalli Anganwadi Centre, I.C.D.S. Project, Chakrayapapeta Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, by suspending the order passed by the 5th respondent in Memo No. A/2014, dt. 01.08.2014 pending disposal of the Writ Petition

The Court made the following:

ORDER:

1. This Court, while admitting the writ petition on 14.08.2014, suspended the order dated 01.08.2014 passed by respondent No.5 and directed the respondents to continue the petitioner as Anganvadi worker, until further orders. The petitioner was aged about 40 years when the said order was passed, and at this stage, this Court is not inclined to unsettle her position.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed in terms of the interim orders, making it clear that the petitioner shall be continued in service until she attains the age of superannuation. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
