The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent-Authorities in calling the connected records including the corrigendum/addendum issued by deleting the existing eligible condition point No.2.2.1(a) of Section-II of the E-Procurement Notice:NIT No.19/2026, dated 07.01.2026 of Respondent No.2(ID No.885749) in inviting bids for supply of Eggs under “Dokka Seethamma Madhyana Badi Bojanam” & “Bala Sanjeevani Schemes” for the year 2026-2027, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that no cause of action survives in the Writ Petition, as tender in question was cancelled by the Respondent-Authorities.
