The Court made the following ORAL ORDER:
Heard Sri V.S.K. Rama Rao, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner appearing through online, Sri B. Ramesh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Sri S. Vijaya Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri A.S.C. Bose, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporations, Sri Mortha Srinu Babu learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Smt. Jayanthi, learned Government Pleader for Home.
2. In compliance with the Order of this Court dated 09.04.2026, the needful has been done.
3. Sri S. Vijaya Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri A.S.C. Bose, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporations has submitted the Written Instructions along with two Photographs furnished by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Rajamahendravaram dated 21.04.2026. Sri B. Ramesh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has also submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the District Collector, dated 22.04.2026. Smt. Jayanthi, learned Government Pleader for Home has also submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Rajahmundry III Town UPS along with the copies of FIR No.177 & 178 of 2026. The same are taken on record.

The Written Instructions from the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Rajamahendravaram, indicates that the Statue of Sri Baba Saheb Ambedkar had been removed from the subject area with utmost care and due respect and had placed the Statue in a secure and suitable place that befits the Honour and dignity of the great personality. The Commissioner further stated that the Statue has been covered with new white cloth and handled safely. The Photographs furnished along with the Written Instructions would disclose that the Statue has been removed, the platform has been demolished in the subject area and that the Statue has been placed safely and securely on a platform near water tank, Vidyanagar.
5. Having regard to these facts, this Court is of the view that the directions of this Court have been duly complied with and no further consideration is necessary.
6. Sri V.S.K. Rama Rao, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner appearing through online also confirmed this position that the obstruction infront of the gate of the Writ Petitioner has been cleared.
7. Having so recorded, this Writ Petition is disposed of as it does not require further consideration. However, the F.I.R Nos.177 & 178 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026 registered in Rajahmundry III Town UPS shall be taken to their logical end.
8. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed. No order as to costs.
