Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of a WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents. a) requiring the petitioners to obtain re-affiliation through the private agency i.e. Quality Council of India is arbitrary and illegal. b) to declare that the petitioners are entitled to continue to run their institutes without requirement of re-affiliation on the basis of the affiliation which was already granted to them. c) to declare that the action of the respondents in constituting and appointing a private agency namely Quality Council of India for the purpose of carrying out the work of accreditation, is arbitrary and illegal and consequently directed the respondents not to interfere with the conduct of private Industrial Training institutes by the petitioners on the basis of the affiliation which already been granted and grant such other relief

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to admit students for the sessions 2015-16 onwards without requirement of re-affiliation , pending disposal of the writ petition

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to insist upon the petitioners to apply for re-affiliation for conducting their Industrial Training Institutes , pending disposal of the writ petition

3. To give final opportunity to the petitioner, it is posted today, under the caption “for dismissal”. Today also, there is no representation.

4. It appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the case.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

There shall be no order as to costs.
