1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

2. As the issue involved in the present batch of writ petitions is squarely covered by the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench in the batch of Writ Petition No. 14511 of 2021 and batch, wherein the Co-ordinate Bench, by following the observations made by the Hon’ble Apex Court in St. Mary’s Education Society and another vs. Rajendra Prasad Bhargava and others, and the same ratio having been followed in Army Welfare Education Society, New Delhi vs. Sunil Kumar Sharma and others has held that such writ petitions are not maintainable.

3. Considering the same, these writ petitions are also dismissed, holding that they are not maintainable. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
