1. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a request to grant liberty to the Writ Petitioners to question the sale certificate issued

in favour of the Respondent/Bank on 29.03.2011.

2. Permission as sought for is accorded.

3. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. No order

as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall

stand closed.
