interests of justice and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner to continue her BDS Compulsory Rotation Internship (House Surgeon) in the present batch (2025-26) in respondent no.3 college, during the pendency of the above writ

The Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the Respondent Nos. 2

and 3 in not allowing the Petitioner to complete her BDS Compulsory Rotation Internship (House Surgeon) on the ground that 9 years duration for the course is

completed as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3 passed on the Proceedings issued vide O.C.No.552 of 2026, dated 13.03.2026, wherein the Petitioner was permitted to continue her internship pursuant to one time relaxation given to the students of 2015-2016 batch by the Dental Council of

India.

3. In that view, the Writ Petition is closed as the grievance of the Petitioner is

redressed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
