Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a Writ, or Order, or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the respondents in preventing the digging and forming fish/prawn tanks in R.S. Nos. 367/1A, 367/1B1, 367/1B2B, 366/1C1 to an extent of Ac. 3.37 cents situated at Kakarlamudi village, of Unguturu Mandal, West Godavari District and Which is illegal, arbitrary and violative of.G.O.Ms. No. 7 Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish-II) Dept., dated 16-03-2013 and Andhra Pradesh State Aquaculture Development Authority Act, 2020 and Art.14,21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to stop the digging and other aquaculture activities of the Respondents Nos. 6 and 7 to take steps to see that these lands remain agricultural lands for growing crops only while restoring the damaged lands to original status

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the official respondents to stop all activities connected to aqua culture including digging of the fish/prawn tanks in R.S. Nos. 367/1A, 367/1B1, 367/1B2B, 366/1C1 to an extent of Ac. 3.37 cents situated at Kakarlamudi village, of Unguturu Mandal, West Godavari District in the interest of justice pending disposal of the Writ Petition

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to implead 1. the Superintending Engineer, Operation Circle, APEPDCL, West Godavari District at Eluru, 2. the Executive Engineer, APEPDCL, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, 3. the Deputy Executive Engineer, Operation, APEPDCL, Rural Sub-Division, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, 4. the Assistant Engineer, Operation, APEPDCL, Chebrolu, West Godavari District as party respondent Nos. 8 to 11 in the present Writ Petition No. 12453 of 2022 and as well as in I.As and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

The Court made the following:

ORDER:

1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners has filed a letter dated 06.04.2026 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
