Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue an order, writ or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in issuing Endorsement L.Dis.No.E-1269748/2018/F and not paying compensation to the petitioner for the acquired land of Acs. 0.81 cents, Acs. 1.04 cents, Acs.0.93 cents, Acs.0.47 cents, Acs.0.57 cents and Acs. 1.18 cents in Sy.Nos. 346/4A, 350/1, 350/2, 358/8, 351/2E, 351/3E and 353/7 of Polavaram village and Mandal, West Godavari District, for being illegal, arbitrary, violative of provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act,2013 and unconstitutional, and consequently set aside the Endorsement . No.E- 1269748/2018/F of the 3rd respondent and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to pay compensation to the petitioner for the acquired lands of Acs. 0.81 cents, Acs. 1.04 cents, Acs.0.93 cents, Acs.0.47 cents, Acs.0.57 cents and Acs. 1.18 cents in Sy.Nos. 346/4A, 350/1, 350/2, 358/8, 351/2E, 351/3E and 353/7 of Polavaram village and Mandal, West Godavari District and pass

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the respondents have complied with the interim order passed by this Court on 30.10.2018 and therefore no further orders are required in the Writ Petition.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
