This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:

“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos. 4 to 6 in not providing protection for digging the Fresh Water Aquaculture Farm in lands pursuant to the orders of 2nd respondent vide Registration No. PRF011800034220 dt.20.07.2018 and Vide Registration No.

PRF011900035722 dt.13.02.2019 is arbitrary, contrary to G.O.Ms.No. 7, dt.16.03.2013 r/w G.O.Ms 15, dt.26.05.2015 and also contrary to all cannons of law and also offends Arts 14,19 and 21 of the constitution of India in the interest of justice and pass such … “

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State is in attendance.

3. None appeared for the petitioner either physically or through Video Conference, though the matter is posted under the caption “for dismissal”. There was no representation for the petitioner today, as well as on the previous adjournment.

4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
