WRIT PETITION No. 26465 of 2024

ORDER:

Precisely, the Writ Petition is filed for not giving attention to the representation dated 23.10.2024 made by the Writ Petitioner herein, wherein he made some grievances.

2. The respondents have no objection to dispose of the Writ Petition to direct the respondents to consider the representation made by the petition in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5^th respondent herein to examine the representation dated 23.10.2024 submitted by the petitioner herein in accordance with law and also directed to communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
