1. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following ORDER:

The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/A3, seeking anticipatory bail, in connection with Crime No.107 of 2024 of Kaluvoy Police Station, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 409, 477-A read with 34 IPC.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner herein/A3 and admitted to by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that this Court, vide order dated 06.01.2025 passed in Crl.Petition No.9615 of 2024, granted anticipatory bail to A4 to A6 in the same crime and the case of the petitioner herein/A3 also stands on the same footing to that of A4 to A6 and he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein/A3 also.

3. In view of the same, following the orders dated 06.01.2025 passed in Crl.Petition No.9615 of 2024 and for the reasons mentioned therein, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein/A3 on the following conditions.

i) In the event of arrest of the petitioner herein/A3 in the aforesaid crime, he shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the concerned Arresting Officer.

ii) Petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required, and he shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.

iii) Petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e., on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 01.00 PM till filing of charge sheet.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
