ORDER:

This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by non-disposal of the execution petition in E.P.No.65 of 2020 in O.S.No.180 of 2017 on the file of the court of VI Additional District Judge, Nellore SPSR Nellore District for a long time without any reason.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents remained ex parte and all that is necessary to secure the relief in the execution was compiled by the petitioner/DHr, yet the matter was adjourned from time to time without any valid reason. He further submitted that as per the decision of the Supreme Court in Rahul S Shah Vs Jinendra Kumar Gandhi and others, Civil Appeal Nos.1659 – 1660 of 2021, dt.22.04.
