ORDER:

This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 01.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7007 of 2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 01.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7007 of 2023, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner for initiating separate proceedings for further claim if any.

No order as to costs.
