Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue writ or direction more paritculrly in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring Notification in Rc.No.8849/A/2023 dated 09-01- 2025 issued by the respondents herein conducting the recruitment for the post of Angnawadi Worker in Rajendranagar-4 center, Dharamvaram ICDS Project Satya Sai District as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of rights guaranteed under Article 14,16, and 21 of the Constitution of India and further violative of the G.O.Ms.No.21 dated 24-08-2007 and G.O.Rt.No. 102 dated 28- 03-2011 and the memos dated 23-12-1998, 03-12-2010, 05-01- 2012 and 13-12-2018 issued by the respondents and further violative of the law declared by this HonTDle court in W.P. Impugning the notification issued by respondents 2 and 3 vide Rc.No.8849/A/2023 dated 09.01.2025, calling for applications to fill up the post of Anganwadi Worker in Rajendranagar-4 Centre, Dharamvaram ICDS Project, Satya Sai District, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard Sri V. Srinivasulu Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare, for the respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner working as Anganwadi Helper is eligible for the post of Anganwadi Worker. However, without considering the petitioner’s case for promotion to Anganwadi Worker, the authorities have issued a notification calling for applications to fill up the post of Anganwadi Worker.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare produced a copy of the proceedings issued by respondent No.4 vide Rc.No.27/A/2025 dated 23.01.2025, whereby the request of the petitioner to consider her case for the post of Anganwadi Worker, was rejected.

5. A copy of the said proceedings is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

6. Given the speaking order dated 23.01.2025 passed by respondent No.4, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings issued by
