ORDER:

This Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:

“…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the notification dated 02.01.2025 of the 4th respondent in deciding to rationalize the fair price shop No. 0422017 of the petitioner in Yendapalli Village, U.Kothapalle mandal, Kakinada District, without there being any notice, order or intimation contrary to the circular instructions issued by the 2nd respondent on 01.10.2024 as illegal, irregular, irrational without jurisdiction and arbitrary unjust and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently grant stay of notification of the 4th respondent with respect to rationalization of the petitioner’s fair price shop No.0422017 in Yendapalli village, U.Kothapalle Mandal, Kakinada District and to pass such such other order or orders…..”

2. Sri M.Solomon Raju, the learned counsel for the petitioner, requested permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. In view of the representation made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
