The Court made the following Order:
1. The Writ Petition is filed to declare action of the respondent No.2 in issuing the impugned order, dated 04.06.2011, blacklisting five (05) trucks belonging to the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and consequently to set-aside the impugned order dated 04.06.2011.
2. On 24.01.2025, there is no representation for the petitioner. Even today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3. This Court, by its order dated 12.07.2011 passed the following interim order:
“…..Hence, the impugned proceedings, dated 04.06.2011, shall be confined only to Sl.No.5 i.e., Trunk No.AP04U7677.
So far as the other trucks are concerned, the impugned proceedings shall remain suspended”.
