This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:-

“… to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in selecting the 5^th respondent as Anganwadi Worker of Marutla-II Village who is ineligible person for the said post as she got less marks than the petitioner though the petitioner is fully eligible for the said post as illegal, arbitrary and against the norm of notification and consequently direct the respondents to select the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker of Marutla-II Village, Kudair Mandal, Anantapuramu District as she is fully eligible for the said post and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 24.01.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2278 of 2021.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents does not refute the said submission.

5. Following the same, this Writ Petition is also dismissed in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.2278 of 2021, dated 24.01.2025. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated

24.01.2025 passed in W.P.No.2278 of 2021, to this order.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
