ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 21.12.2024 to the respondents seeking for mutation of his name as per the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. Even though, the petitioner submitted his representation, so far the respondents neither considered the same nor passed any orders.

Hence, the Writ Petition.

3. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader furnished the written instructions, wherein it is stated that the representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2024 was already considered and an endorsement was also issued on 07.01.2025. In view of the endorsement issued by the respondents, the claim of the petitioner was redressed, hence, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
