The Court made the following order:

This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 30.10.2023 passed in W.P.No.28232 of 2023.

2. Sri K.M.Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner did not make any application as required under the law. Once the petitioner submits such application, the authorities would consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. However, as per the direction of this Court, the representation made by the petitioner was disposed of. Therefore, there is no contempt as alleged by the petitioner, as such, prayed to close the contempt case.

3. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner requested to close this contempt case, with liberty to approach the respondent authorities with proper application for consideration of his grievance regarding the allotment of house sites.

4. Recording the said submissions, this contempt case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach concerned authority for redressal of his grievance. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
