This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 30.10.2023 passed in W.P.No.28232 of 2023.

2. Sri K.M.Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner did not make any application as required under the law. Once the petitioner submits such application, the authorities would consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. However, as per the direction of this Court, the representation made by the petitioner was disposed of. Therefore, there is no contempt as alleged by the petitioner, as such, prayed to close the contempt case.
